Our guarantee is simple: The plant(s) must be in good condition upon arrival to you. We will not send you unfit or unhealthy plants, but we understand that there are some unusual circumstances that may cause the plant to have problems during shipment. If your plant(s) do not look happy or the roots are dry when you get them, simply let us know. We will either reimburse you for the price of the plants or replace the plants by shipping you new plants (your choice). We recommend paying for insurance ($1.65 for up to $50 coverage) to cover the shipping. This allows you to also make a claim to USPS if any damage has occurred.
Exclusions and Conditions:
1.We do not reimburse the cost of shipping but only the purchase price of the plants. If making a claim for replacement plants please be ready to pay for shipping of replacement plants.
2. We do not guarantee the plants beyond arrival in good condition and seven (7) days after. Many factors, all out of our control, contribute to the condition of the plant once it is taken outside and planted.
3. The purchaser must contact us within seven days of arrrival for notification of damaged, missing or merchandise in bad condition. Usually the buyer will be required to pay to ship plants in question back to us.
